Education

Sreya Talasila, MD, FAAD is a board-certified Dermatologist and Harvard-trained Mohs Micrographic Surgery specialist. Originally from Michigan, she attended medical school at George Washington University and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha society. She completed her internship in internal medicine at the University of Chicago – NorthShore followed by a dermatology residency at Northwestern University, where she served as chief resident. She worked as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Northwestern University before completing an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accredited fellowship in cutaneous oncology, Mohs micrographic, and reconstructive surgery with the Harvard Medical School Department of Dermatology at Beth Israel Lahey Health.

Dr. Talasila’s interests include reconstruction after Mohs procedures, scar revision, and skin cancer detection. She values creating a partnership with her patients to make informed decisions about surgical procedures to improve quality of life.
