COVID 19 Update
Illinoisderm is monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic daily. We realize the impact this virus is having on you, our valued patients, and we are here for you. Please know our highest priority is to continue providing excellent dermatology care in a safe environment for our patients and staff. We have created and implemented a strategic plan using best practices to minimize the risk of person-to-person COVID-19 exposure in our practice.
Our office will remain open and we are committed to making our offices one of the safest places you can visit outside your home. We are now offering Tele-Derm for those who would like to be seen by one of our Providers in the comfort of their own home.
Illinoisderm will be checking our employees to ensure no one is working with a fever, cough, or other symptoms. Anyone identified with a possible illness will be sent home.
Illinoisderm suspended vendors and any other outside visitors from our office.
Illinoisderm has implemented more aggressive cleaning protocols, including regularly disinfecting all high touch areas which will continue to occur frequently throughout the day.
Our office will screen all patients for symptoms of illness prior to entering our offices.
Illinoisderm will ask anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness to go home and inform their primary care doctor.
Illinoisderm will waive any last-minute cancellation fees associated with rescheduling appointments due to COVID-related illnesses or concerns.
To ensure social distancing, no visitors are allowed except one parent for minor children or one visitor for patients requiring assistance. We recognize that there may be some exceptions to this rule and will work to accommodate your needs.
Illinoisderm will provide more open spaced seating and in addition will be spacing out appointments and try to bring everyone back immediately to an exam room so that there is no congregating in the waiting room.
